There’s no such thing as outworking a bad diet. Longevity and wellness starts at home with the choices you’re making both in the kitchen and through everyday products you’re using.

  • Identify areas for improvement in the ingredients you’re consuming, eating windows and food pairings to complement fitness goals

  • Understand what living a nontoxic life means and provided suggested swaps

  • Assess blood result findings and address in your nutrition planning with a food-first healing method. Food is medicine.

  • Increase confidence in food choices at home or on-the-go

Combining industry experiences as a director + producer with my skills as a trainer has led me down a path of leading branded fitness shoots.

Whether you’re filming a commercial, launching an app or seeking a set of eyes to ensure accuracy, let’s work together to bring your vision to life.

Pre-Production

Work together to ideate, concept and storyboard your creative vision. Program moves, understand needed props, location scouting, casting criteria and identify needed support + review run of shows.

Production (On Location)

Attend shoots as part of the crew. Ensure proper movement and form are implemented, direct talent, advise DOP.
